Cancellation is only possible if the shipment has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the shipment has been dispatched, no cancellation of the order/s can be done.
How to Request a Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, we must first cancel from your account after please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can reach us at info@prishhoworld.com. To process your cancellation request, please provide your order number and any relevant details.
Cancellation Process
If your cancellation request is received before the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Orders Already Dispatched
If the shipment has already been dispatched before your cancellation request was received, unfortunately, we won’t be able to cancel the order. You will need to follow our return and refund policy for returning the items once they are delivered to you.
